I fell in love with running at an early age. I guess you could call me a "lifelong runner." I live for the running experience for it brings me unexplainable joy as it continually challenges and empowers me.

 

My coaching career began in 2004 with youth distance running.  Over the years I have expanded my services to include adult recreational and masters’ runners.  My expertise includes strength and conditioning, injury prevention strategies, sports nutrition programming, and running plan development for optimal racing and performance at any distance. Newbies to running up to amateur athletes are always welcome here at Rethink-Fitness.

 

Did you know running improves cognitive acuity, reduces stress, and lowers your blood pressure. Running gives you greater strength and balance and builds strong muscles and bones. There really isn’t a better way to stay fit, be healthy and remain disease-free. There is no time like the present to start running.
